Can be prepared in red Creole style with tomatoes, or brown Cajun style with no tomatoes.

Popular modern twist on the traditional brown Cajun jambalaya made by replacing rice with pasta.

Fried Catfish Strips

Mississippi catfish cut into strips, spiced, and breaded in a seasoned blend of corn flour and meal.

Fried golden and crispy, accompanied by your choice or combination of tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, ketchup, or hot sauce.

$10.00 per pound of fish (pre-cooked weight) - Minimum order of three pounds.


Macaroni and Cheese

Prepared in the style made famous by a popular Sicilian eatery down the road in St. Bernard Parish.

Made with fresh butter, three cheeses, fresh cracked pepper, and bucatini pasta; known in New Orleans as "hose-pipes."

Fried Chicken Drumettes
Chicken drumettes marinated for a minimum of twelve hours in Creole Butter seasoning before being fried crispy and golden.
Condiment tray of picked okra, jalapeno peppers, and a variety of dipping sauces available.

Boudin Balls
Cajun dressing made with slow roasted pork, rice, onions, peppers and seasonings.

Rolled into bite sized balls, then battered and fried in a crispy panko crust.

Simmered and served warm in a bold and sweet tomato sauce made with no preserves or jellies.

Fresh gulf shrimp seasoned with Creole spices and herbs and individually wrapped in bacon. 

Smoked in a wood fired pit using pecan wood.
